Phase two of the development at L'Aide Frechu is now underway. Under renovation is the former bakery which served the farm in days gone by.

Grain would be kept on the first floor and sent down a chute to the ground floor where it was ground into flour and made into bread which was then baked in the open bread oven - much like a pizza oven.

Although small in size this building will make cosy accommodation for two.

The one up, one down, 'La Boulangerie' will have a ground floor room with kitchen and sitting area. Double glazed French windows will lead to the garden.

An open tread staircase will rise to the first floor where a twin room with shower room will be located. This room has a large, glazed door with views over the surrounding countryside.
 
The property will be enhanced by the original oak beams and granite framed bread oven.

As with La Fermette the property will have a tasteful blend of the old and the new, with clean lines and white linen.

Guests will also have use of the laundry and playroom in the basement of La Fermette
