By ferry/Eurotunnel and car:

Ferry from Portsmouth to Caen. One and a half hour drive.

Catamaran from Poole to St Malo. One and a half hour drive.

Ferry from Portsmouth to Cherbourg. Two hour drive.

Ferry from Portsmouth to Le Havre. Two hour fifteen minute drive.

Catamaran from Dover to Bolougne. Four hour drive.

Ferry/Eurotunnel from Dover to Calais. Four and a half hour drive.

By air:

Stansted and East Midlands Airports to Dinard. One and a half hour drive.

Southampton Airport to Rennes. One and a half hour drive.

Gatwick, Stansted, East Midlands and Dublin Airports to Nantes. Two and a half hours drive.

Guernsey (and other UK towns via Guernsey) to Dinard. One and a half hour drive.

Shoreham to Caen. One and a half hour drive.

By rail:

Eurostar to Paris.

Paris to Vire.

Vire - taxi to property.
