Poole to Cherbourg. Two hour drive.

Weymouth or Poole to St Malo. One and a half hour drive.
Portsmouth to Cherbourg. Two hour drive.
LD Lines:
Ferry from Portsmouth to Le Havre. Two hour fifteen minute drive.
Transmanche:
Newhaven to Dieppe. Three hour 15 minute drive.
SeaFrance
Dover to Calais. Four and a half hour drive.
P and O
Dover to Calais. Four and a half hour drive.

By train and car:

Eurotunnel:
Dover to Calais. Four and a half hour drive.

By air:

Ryanair:  Stansted and East Midlands (Leeds/Bradford from April 2012) Airports to Dinard. One and a
  half hour drive.
  Dublin, East Midlands, Leeds/Bradford to Nantes. Three hour drive.
Flybe:    Southampton and Exeter to Rennes. One and a half hour drive.
Easyjet:  Gatwick to Nantes. Three hour drive.
Aurigny:  Guernsey (and numerous UK towns via Guernsey) to Dinard. One and a half hour drive.
 
By rail:

Eurostar to Paris.
Paris to Vire.
Vire - taxi to property.

Get a full driving itinerary:
Enter your starting point (e.g. Caen) and then the postcode 50140. (The property title often appears as "L'Etre Frechu")
This will produce a map and give distance and timings to the property.
